Absolutely. Depending on the design, you can customize details such as the location, title, date, or other text before placing your order.

How long will my order take?

Each artwork is made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for production before dispatch. Delivery times vary depending on your destination.

What if something isn’t right?

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, please get in touch and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Where do you ship?

We proudly ship throughout New Zealand and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Paper — Paper weight, texture, and tone may vary slightly between batches.
  • Drawing materials — Pens and inks used may differ from piece to piece while meeting our quality standards.
  • Frames — Wood grain, color, and finish can vary naturally between frame materials and batches.
  • Approach — Materials and working methods may differ depending on the piece and production batch.
