By accessing or using our Website, placing an order, or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website.

4. Products

Plotora creates original pen-plotted artwork using professional plotting equipment and premium materials.

Each artwork is individually produced after an order has been placed.

Because every piece is physically drawn with real ink, slight variations may naturally occur, including but not limited to:

line density;
ink flow;
pen pressure;
paper texture;
paper grain;
alignment;
positioning;
machine tolerances.

These characteristics are an inherent part of the artistic production process and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Product photographs and previews are intended for illustrative purposes only. Actual colours may vary depending on monitor calibration, lighting conditions, printing materials, and paper characteristics.

5. Custom Orders

Many Plotora products are personalized and manufactured specifically for each customer.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information submitted with your order, including but not limited to:

names;
dates;
addresses;
coordinates;
map locations;
text;
uploaded images;
reference materials;
customization requests.

Once production has begun, personalized orders generally cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged except where required by applicable consumer law or where an error has been made by Plotora.

Please carefully review all information before completing your purchase.

6. Maps & Geographic Data

Map artwork produced by Plotora is intended solely as decorative and artistic representation.

Although we use reliable geographic data sources where available, we do not guarantee that every road, building, coastline, boundary, landmark, address, or geographical feature is complete, accurate, or current.

Our artwork should not be relied upon for:

navigation;
surveying;
engineering;
legal purposes;
emergency services;
governmental or commercial planning.

7. Artwork, Brands & Intellectual Property

Plotora creates original artistic interpretations of real-world subjects, including but not limited to:

automobiles;
motorcycles;
aircraft;
ships and boats;
trains;
bicycles;
buildings;
architecture;
landmarks;
skylines;
maps;
people;
animals;
landscapes;
historical objects;
artworks;
and other recognizable subjects.

Our artwork is intended solely as creative and decorative artistic expression.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Plotora is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, or associated with any manufacturer, vehicle producer, designer, artist, celebrity, architect, organization, brand owner, or intellectual property rights holder.

Any depiction of real-world subjects is created as an independent artistic interpretation.

References to products, vehicles, people, locations, architectural works, brands, or recognizable objects are made only where reasonably necessary for artistic, descriptive, historical, educational, compatibility, identification, or nominative purposes as permitted by applicable law.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, product names, trade dress, registered designs, patents, copyrights, and all other intellectual property rights remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as claiming ownership of, affiliation with, sponsorship by, or authorization from any third-party intellectual property owner.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided in good faith but remain estimates only.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.

Due to the personalized nature of many products, returns may not be accepted unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrectly manufactured, or otherwise required under applicable law.

13. Customer Content

You retain ownership of any content submitted to Plotora.

By submitting files, text, images, designs, or other materials, you grant Plotora a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license solely for the purposes of:

manufacturing;
customization;
printing;
plotting;
packaging;
marketing your commissioned work only with your permission where required;
fulfilling your order;
shipping your order.

You warrant that:

you own the submitted content or have permission to use it;
your submission does not infringe any third-party rights;
your submission complies with applicable laws.

You agree to indemnify Plotora against claims arising from your submitted content.

14. Limited License

Plotora grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Website solely for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred through your use of the Website.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all products and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plotora expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties relating to:
